PASTOR CHARLES BOYCECharles Boyce was 19 years old when he received Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, while working at a Boy Scout camp in 1988. The Lord immediately dealt with him about preaching the Word of God instead of continuing his career as a professional jazz percussionist. Charles obeyed the Lord's call in his life and became a licensed preacher of the gospel January 22, 1989.

Since then Charles has been involved in a number of ministries such as discipleship, inner city ministry, youth and children. From September 1994 to March of 2002, Charles and his wife, Trish, and their son, Andy, were missionaries in Toronto Canada. During that time he served as a college and career and discipleship pastor at Graceway Baptist Church in Milton, Ontario and later started Victory Bible Church before returning to Kansas City.
After serving as the young adult and discipleship pastor for 10 years at KCBC, the Lord has moved in Charles' life to start a new work, Faith Bible Church, in Arma Kansas. What started as a biweekly Bible study in 2013 has developed into weekly Sunday services. Charles also is a full time martial arts instructor and volunteers as a chaplain for the Merriam police department.
